Module 1
Whatever language the request arrives in, it becomes a structured form
An email in Italian, a Word file in Spanish, a request converted to PDF. They all enter through the same door and become the same structured fields: sending agency, proposal language, tour type, dates, nights per city, pax breakdown, hotel category and board type.

How does this work today?
The request is read, translated, understood and typed by hand into a form or a spreadsheet. In high season, with several requests a day, this alone takes half of somebody's day. Worse, what the request left out is only noticed at the quotation stage, and the agency has to be written to a second time.
The cost: Half an hour repeated on every request, and a late proposal
Dates are normalised
"16 giugno", "16/06", "June 16" — all resolve to the same date. When no year is given, the nearest future date is assumed, so a proposal is never produced for a season that has passed.
The itinerary is built from the request's cities
The cities and nights the AI found in the request go into the itinerary with «Programa kopyala» (copy to itinerary); the day-by-day cards derive from that itinerary and the start date by themselves. The itinerary can also be left empty.
Missing details are caught at the start, not at quotation
Information the proposal needs but the request never gave — children's ages, room split, the return airport — is listed automatically. One click drafts a polite question email in the agency's own language.

Modules 2 and 3
Tour quotation software — cost, currency and margin
Accommodation, transport, guiding, meals and museum items are calculated with currency separation. The rate locks the moment an operation file is opened from the proposal, and the agency segment's margin applies automatically.
Module 4
Multilingual tour proposal generation and revision
The proposal is produced in the agency's language as Word and PDF, with your logo and company details. Revisions are given as a short instruction in Turkish, and the system flags what it is unsure of instead of inventing it.
