Departures in one pool, transfers on their own
Guaranteed tours are sold by every agency and the bookings land in a shared pool. Each booking's arrival and departure transfers appear on the Transfers screen by themselves — no data carried by hand between two screens.

Why is the transfer list rewritten every time?
The coach changes on the departure and the transfer list is not updated. Or the list goes to the driver over WhatsApp, then a booking is added, and the driver arrives at the airport with the old list. A transfer with no vehicle assigned is only noticed while the guest is waiting.

Departure card and occupancy
Tour name, departure date, capacity, occupancy bar, number of selling agencies and coach count appear on one card. The occupancy bar is green with more than five seats left, yellow with one to five, and red when none are left, so you can see which departure is close to full just by scanning the list.
Coach allocation and warnings
Coaches are assigned per booking and a live pax summary is kept per coach. Pax without a coach assigned raise a warning — it does not stay quiet until departure day.
Transfers derive through a live link
When a coach changes in Departures, the Transfers screen updates immediately. Individual transfers for private files and one-off jobs are added by hand; both appear in the same list, sorted by time.
Copy the list
The selected day's transfer list is copied as plain text and sent to the driver or meeting agent over WhatsApp as it is. No separate document to prepare.
